Professor Ntoi Rapapa, the AD’s deputy-leader, has wrestled the Mosalemane constituency from his ABC chairperson brother, Sam Tsuinyane Rapapa, polling 2345 votes to the latter’s 387. The RFP came in second with 1003 votes. The DC was disqualified from contesting elections in Mosalemane.
