SR leader, Teboho Mojapela’s win of the Motete constituency in Butha-Buthe, means that his Deputy-Leader ‘Mamarame Matela (former LCA CEO), automatically assumes the first spot on the SR party list. This essentially says any PR seat allocated in favour of SR, guarantees Matela a place in the 11th Parliament.
