ALL Basotho Convention’s (ABC) has won the Thupa-Kubu Constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly elections with 4271 votes, which constituted 52.7% of the votes. In second place was the Lesotho Congress for Democracy (LCD) with 2173 votes, which constituted 26.8% of the votes.
