THE All Basotho Convention’s Sello Keketso Utloang has retained the Hlotse #13 constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly elections with 4846 votes, which constituted 51.8% of the votes. In second place was the Lesotho Congress for Democracy’s Lentsoenyane Leutsoa Samuel with 2809 votes, which constituted 30% of the votes.
