Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) Director of Legal Services, Colonel Naha Kolisang, on Monday pleaded with the High Court to order his army abductors to stop assaulting him.

Col Kolisang was responding to a question by presiding judge, Justice Teboho Moiloa, who had asked how he was being treated since his arrest by LDF personnel on Tuesday last week.

“I live only because I’m alive; otherwise I am not well at all.

“I have been under arrest and detention by my colleagues in the Lesotho Defence Force since Tuesday last week. My hands are swollen because I have been handcuffed ever since. I have been in detention handcuffed and my legs shackled.
