In our story titled Thahane to appear in court (Lesotho Times October 24 – 30), we said Water Affairs Minister Timothy Thahane “had allegedly sought asylum at the Royal Palace”.
But according to the Senior Private Secretary to His Majesty, Mabotse Lerotholi, on that particular day Minister Thahane never came to the Royal Palace premises.
We would like to apologise to His Majesty and staff at the Royal Palace for that part in our report.
