The 2015 Lesotho Netball League resumes on Saturday at LCS Ground with the Lesotho Correctional Service hoping to continue with their fine form in both the male and female categories.

Both sides ended the first round of the campaign top of the 10-team standings with the male side on 10 points after 10 matches while the female side had 12 points in nine games.

The LCS male side begin their second round campaign against Tigers while d their female counterparts take on Likila.

LCS public relations officer Thabo Mokobocho told the Lesotho Times on Tuesday that they will be treating their first matches with caution because of the quality opposition.

“We are the defending champions and the aim is to keep our title so we will have to be more cautious on Saturday especially against Tigers who are our main rivals.

“Our preparations have been good and we are ready and raring to go. A win on Saturday will be very important to us,” Mokobocho said.

Mokobocho said the main target was to dominate the sport not only locally but also when playing outside the country.

“The desire to dominate netball not only in the country but also outside Lesotho is what is pushing us as LCS to work even harder. We understand that before we can dream of being big teams outside our border, we have to start here at home,” said Mokobocho.

Meanwhile, Lesotho Netball Association (LNA) public relations officer Matšepo Mohau says all is set for the weekend kickoff.
