MASERU — Newly appointed Bantu Coach, Motlatsi Shale, remains optimistic that his team will soon find the rhythm after they failed to score on the weekend playing their second successive draw against Likhopo on Sunday.

The Mafeteng based team, who have spend over M100 000 during the transfer window, are under pressure from their fans to live up to expectation given their star studded team.

Shale told this paper that he is impressed with the commitment from his lads despite the two successive draws in the opening matches of the new league campaign.

“We have a new team and I have been trying to get the right combination in our last two matches and I’m confident things will come right soon.

“I’m satisfied with the response from the players so far and we have not been that bad in the two opening matches,” Shale said.

Elsewhere, Premier league giants, Matlama, have overcome their last season’s poor run winning their opening two matches.

Tse Putsoa beat Mphatlalatsane on the opening weekend of the season while on Sunday registered a 3-1 win over rookies Melele.

League champions Lioli also continued with their fine start to the campaign with a 3-0 win over Qoaling Highlanders.

Linare is another of the premier league big guns who had a good start to the new campaign.

The Thulo Leboela coached side beat LCS 1-0 in Hlotse for their second win of the season.

Returning premier league outfit, Mphatlatsane also got a big win beating struggling LMPS who are winless in their opening two matches.
