THE All Basotho Convention has retained the Hololo #2 constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly elections with 3178 votes, which constituted 47.9% of the votes. In second place was the Lesotho Congress for Democracy with 1996 votes, which constituted 30.1%of the votes.
The Independent Electoral Commission has declared a failed election in Hololo #2 constituency following the death of Basotho National Party candidate Matela Leakae. The election for the legislature candidates would be held after 90 days.
