IN keeping with women’s month celebrations, newly-opened club 4Fordy will, on Saturday, host a show entitled “Something for the Honies” at DLM Complex in Khubetsoana on Saturday night.
“4Fordy, being the premier hangout spot, found it befitting to host this event in honour of Basotho women in the month they are celebrated,” said 4Fordy Public Relations Manager Tlali Mapetla.
“This month is about celebrating women and all the qualities they possess, so we expect Basotho women to show what they are made of.
As the bash will also be a showcase of style and fashion, Mapetla said women should be dressed to thrill as the most outstanding will be duly rewarded. The idea behind the show, he said, is to instill a fashion sense in the women and boost their confidence. Men will also be expected to look their best and complement their partners.
As a reward for the best dressed ladies, the lulu belle hampers will be up for grabs, and other prizes which include free manicures.
Since the show is all about women, the headline acts for the night will also be of the female persuasion, with Ultimate FM’s Miss Mo and Roxy at the helm. The duo will be supported by Grown Folk Deejays – Mr Maps, The Hitman and Entitled DJ as well as Ebonix.
Judging by the number of people who have confirmed their attendance on the event’s Facebook page, it is one of the most anticipated shows this year.
The hosts, 4Fordy, partnered Kangfong Productions and Emotive PR with champagne brand, Moet, also being sold at a discounted price just for that night.
