MODEL Mojabeng Senekal Ndebele was recently appointed a brand ambassador by one of South Africa’s largest independent fashion retailer, FBO.
FBO offers over 150 000 branded products across men’s wear, ladies wear and children’s wear. FBO’s product range includes dresses, blouses, jeans, T-shirts, shirts, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, bags and shoes.
Speaking to the Weekender recently, Senekal said being nominated as an FBO ambassador was a huge opportunity for which she was grateful.
She said the appointment entails that she will be clothed by FBO for all of her events and she will also market the brand on social media.
Senekal said on 20 September 2018 she was invited by FBO to be one of the models for their SS18 which is a summer range including summer shorts, crop tops, jeans and swimwear.
“Our initial relationship started with me writing a proposal to them requesting sponsorship of an evening gown to wear at the Miss Culture 2018 event and they agreed but they subsequently invited me to their photo shoot,” Senekal said.
“Afterwards, they requested that I be one of their brand ambassadors joining other ambassadors such as Miss Kay a South African singer and Boipelo Mabe who is Miss South Africa 2017 1st Princess.”
Senekal was subsequently selected to be a radio spokesperson for a week where she was interviewed about FBO clothing.
The model was earlier this year, chosen to be an influencer for Boity Impulse, a body spray created by South African television personality, Boity Thulo. She was also chosen to be an influencer for Environ Skin Care South Africa earlier this year.
She was also endorsed Devine Hair Maseru and she is an influencer in the #FocusYourFlawlessSA campaign by Environ Skin Care South Africa.
