Struggling Vodacom Premier League side Nyenye Rovers stunned champions Bantu 1-0  in Maputsoe on Sunday to register their second win in 10 matches.

The Tycoons, as Rovers are affectionately known, found the important goal through striker Tšepo Seephe to hand A Matšo Matebele their second defeat in 10 games.

However, Bantu remain third on the 14-team Premier League table, while the win lifted Rovers from bottom to 12th position on the standings.

After the weekend matches, Qoaling Highlanders are now bottom of the table, with LMPS one place above them in 13th place.

In Hlotse, LMPS suffered their fifth defeat of the 2014/15 campaign, losing 1-0 to the  rejuvenated Linare.

Lebajoa Mosehlenyane scored the only goal of the match for Linare, which took the team to fifth position on the Premiership table.
