ALL Basotho Convention (ABC) Chairperson Maliehe Motlohi has retained the Butha-Buthe #5 constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly elections with 4192 votes, which constituted 54.3% of the votes. In second place was the Democratic Congress’ Tlhoeli Karabo with 1921 votes, which constituted 24.9% of the votes.
