MASERU –– Lesotho will play Mozambique in an away friendly match on July 29. The game will be Likuena’s fourth this year.
The national team has been practising every day since July 6 but will start full camp next Monday. National coach Zavisa Milosavljevic has been in Serbia on holiday for the last three weeks and is due back in the country tomorrow.
In the meantime national assistant coach Leslie Notši has been taking Likuena, minus foreign based players, through their paces.
The team played against Swaziland (away) last month twice earning to 1-1 draws.
The squad remains largely the same as the one which travelled to Swaziland, with the exception of Likhopo forward Thapelo Tale who will miss the match due to school commitments.
Two players –– Joy linkman Sekonyela Ntlhokoe and LMPS striker Teboho Sehloho –– have been added to the squad.
Meanwhile LEFA and their Swazi counterparts have been trying to organise a return friendly tie between the two nations.
However, indications are that the MGC Supa 8 tournament due to take place in the first three weekends of August will make it difficult for Likuena to play.
