FNB Lesotho wins two Diamond Arrow Awards for the Best Business and Personal Bank of the Year in this year’s edition of the PMR Africa Awards.
The awards were held at a Maseru hotel yesterday.
The bank also scooped two Golden Arrow Awards for Excellent Credit Cards and Investment Services bringing the total haul of awards to four.
PMR Africa Awards recognise excellence in companies or institutions which are evaluated against set attributes by their clients in an annual survey.
According to the results of the survey, FNB was recognised for providing unique solutions and continuing to nurture, start, run and grow businesses.
FNB chief executive officer (CEO) Delekazi Mokebe, said the recognition demonstrates their quality in providing innovative banking solutions to assist their clients.
“We are humbled and proud to receive this accolade. It demonstrates our ongoing effort to provide innovative banking solutions that add value and convenience to our customers,” Ms Mokebe said yesterday.
“Our customers are important drivers of economic activity, across all corners of society. As we continue facing unprecedented economic challenges, coupled with the impact of Covid-19, we are cognisant that the business sector remains a glimmer of hope in helping our country to create jobs and promote inclusive economic development.
“The awards were judged by a committee of industry experts, with specific focus on reach, uniqueness and innovation, effectiveness and impact, as well as dynamism and customer experience.
“FNB continues to offer world class digital solutions to promote safe and secure banking,” Ms Mokebe said.
