MOKHOTLONG – The body of a three-year-old boy was found dumped in Mokhotlong River last week.
The police in Mokhotlong say they are investigating a case of murder following the discovery.
The police said the body was discovered by some herd boys who were looking for their cattle. The herd boys reported the matter to the police.
A police report said investigating officers had found rope strains on the boy’s neck suggesting that he was strangled and later thrown into the river.
