ALL Basotho Convention’s (ABC) Maqelepo Motlatsi Paul has won the Berea Constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly elections with 4723 votes, which constituted 54.1% of the votes. In second place was the Lesotho Congress for Democracy’s (LCD) Mohale Mantolo Alice with 2200 votes, which constituted 25.2% of the votes.
